Return & Satisfaction Policy

At Merle's Flower Shop, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our flowers and plants. Every arrangement is hand-designed with care, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

🌸 Fresh Flowers & Arrangements

  • Because flowers are perishable, all sales are final.

  • If your flowers arrive damaged or do not meet expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photos to better understand the concern.

  • We will gladly provide a replacement or store credit if the product does not meet our quality standards.

🪴 Plants

  • Plants may be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of purchase if they are in their original, healthy condition.

  • After 48 hours, plant health becomes the responsibility of the customer.

🎁 Gifts, Accessories & Non-Perishable Items

  • Non-perishable gift items (vases, décor, gift baskets, etc.) may be returned within 7 days with a receipt, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

🚚 Delivery Concerns

  • If there is an issue with delivery (wrong address, missed recipient, etc.), please notify us right away so we can make it right.

  • Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery if incorrect information was provided.
